Even for the price, the food is delicious. Our server, Kalitia C. was wonderful and on point. Can't really suggest anything specific because all of it was yummy and well displayed. Will definitely have this place on the "must visit again" list. Now the only thing is the parking. As you know, in DC, parking costs and you have to hunt for it. There is a garage extremely close. Like right outside the main entrance. But you will have to time it according to your reservation. It's paid by the time. The view from the restaurant is nice looking over the wharf. “ Right now, I can’t get enough of Nara-ya! I’ve mainly been for brunch, and their bottomless brunch with small plates is an absolute winner. Each dish is packed with flavor, and I particularly adore the matcha pancakes—they're simply divine! Anything matcha here is a must-try, and their steak and eggs are deliciously green and bursting with taste. The tea is fantastic as well, making it the perfect accompaniment to any meal. I also enjoyed the bottomless mimosas, which were the perfect touch for a lovely brunch experience. Recently, I took my sister, her friend, and another buddy for a midday catch-up, and we all loved the vibes. “ This is one of the most beautifully decorated places I’ve been to in DC. My friends and I went before a concert at the Anthem and had had a great time! The service was great though slightly slow but we never felt rushed. They were nice and accommodating. The HH is where it is at, especially when it comes to the Bartender’s choice and food. “ We went here for a birthday brunch on Saturday (5/31) and a time was had! It was a party of 8-9 and the food kept coming! We were stuffed by the time we left and everything brought out was delicious. We honestly ordered at least one of everything and though I personally didn’t try every dish due to being full, everyone enjoyed everything! My fave dishes were the steak and eggs, French toast, roasted potatoes, brussel sprouts, and salmon rolls. So much flavor packed into everything! The strawberry sunrise mocktail was also delicious and they kept the drinks coming for those that wanted the bottomless brunch. I have zero notes as the customer service was even amazing! I had the pleasure of speaking and working with Bilson to get this reservation squared away. He was so patient and kind. Very efficient. And our server, David, was so pleasant despite the confusion.
